Lair of the Mad Scientist

Note: This is an unfinished game... it's an entry into the 2 day Spooky Jam game jam. Unfortunately, I just ran out of time to make this more fun... (there is no scientist, and no end game at this point... shoot the monsters and wander around level 1).

WASD - move
SPACE - fire

A Warrington University scientist has gone rogue and has reportedly used university facilities to create all kinds of monstrosities, causing a complete blackout in the process.

You are Stewart Blackwell, rookie beat cop. As the Low cop on the totem pole, this job falls to you.

Find and stop the scientist, and destroy any monstrosities in the way.

All sprites and sound effects created by me using Inscape, Aseprite, and Audacity (sound). Some sprites I slightly modified in GameMaker Studio 2.

Music track by Geoff Harvey (Pixabay). The title of the track is Let The Mystery Unfold.

End Note: The Windows executable might lag behind the HTML and Linux versions a bit as I mostly use Linux. I tend to release the Windows versions every week or so.
