Big menu changes coming...
I've been working on user interface stuff for weeks now, and I've been pretty quiet the past couple of weeks despite spending more time at home due to COVID19. Much of that time has actually been spent on my day job. I kept regular work hours for work and only took time here and there after work and family commitments.
In the past I've posted a lot of graphics, sound, UI changes when I've had the chance. But the past couple of weeks I spent a lot of time just trying to understand and tailor some code to do what I wanted to do ages ago. I now have a very flexible menu system separate from Fasteroids. I really like the system and I think it won't be a huge jump to implement it in Fasteroids, but I'm pretty exhausted from spending a lot of time lately learning, so I'm going to give my mind a rest for a day and start the merge on Thursday. I'm hoping to release something new by the end of the weekend.
Once this is done I'm going to focus on adding some intelligence to some of the UFOs so it's not all about speed.
