[Ubuntu and Windows] High score saving, user interface tweaks

This update includes a slightly mis-matched Windows and Ubuntu version. I compiled the Windows version several days ago and since then have made some minor changes that are reflected in the Ubuntu version, but not the Windows version.

Both versions now automatically save the high score to an encrypted data file. High scores were something I took out of Fasteroids about half a year ago. I'm slowly re-implementing the high score feature bit-by-bit.

The Ubuntu release includes a changed Game Over screen and has golden borders around the score, wave, high score, and lives. This particular Ubuntu release is different from past releases in that it does NOT use Yoyogames/Gamemaker's runner VM to run the game, it's natively compiled code.

Both releases include new music from Robson Cozendey - http://www.cozendey.com/. The title music is now different from in-game music. I tried my hand at composing music in LMMS, but I was taking forever to do the simplest things and I wasn't happy with how the music was turning out.

There is no install-able Ubuntu Linux .deb file with this release - I'm finding a few minutes after work, before a meeting to compile against one of our Xubuntu machines here. If you're having an issue running Fasteroids try installing libcurl4 and libopenal1:

sudo apt install libcurl4 libopenal1

As usual I can be reached on Twitter @chaslinux.
